Let me make some observation in astronomy. I have a pair of binoculars and a couple of Nice good books to start, but I live in northern UK where we do not get a lot of good weather for stargazing! Does anyone know a website or email newsletter that you email when conditions are good, also updates on what it takes to Out for Different? Thank you both look!

I accidentally dropped my binoculars and Purim have moved to provide a double vision how do I adjust?
adjusting the prism binoculars
I think you're basically screwed. The prisms are not adjustable by the user that the alignment is very accurate. If you have a pair of binoculars Swift Megabucks or Leica or someone, you can check to fix them. If you have underpaid $ 200 for your binoculars, just buy a new pair because it would probably cost more than $ 100 to even have them evaluated for repair.

Couple found in amazon.com but different ppl have a different view: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000BYGOUU/ref=pd_luc_sbs_01_02 http://www.amazon.com/Bushnell-PowerView-High- Powered-Surveillance-Binoculars/dp/B000092PMY/ref = pd_sim_sg_5
10 power is about more than one can take freehand, without sharing too. 8 power is even more stable and serious birders, I think, prefer 8 power. Everything needs strong a tripod. A good tracking scope is what you need for more power. It also requires a tripod. Here is a decent pair at a decent price. Not great, but good. Http: / / www.eagleoptics.com/binoculars/nikon/nikon-trailblazer-8×42-atb-binocular These are a little cheaper and maybe not a quality also high. http://www.eagleoptics.com/binoculars/bushnell/bushnell-h20-8×42-roof-prism-binocular They are both water and fogproof.

That’s a difficult decision alright. Both appear to be a great set of binoculars. However, in the price vs performance war it comes down to price are you willing to pay $300+ more for 12mm of aperture? it can make a difference. At $149, IMHO those 10X50’s ought to give you many years of great service at 25% of what you’d pay for the other pair.
However, if you don’t mind paying the money the extra aperture would be very nice. They don’t add that much weight either, so, you should be able to easily handle them.
